The position

Job description

You will be joining the Business Development and Partnership team covering EMEA and North America. This team is responsible for managing operational and strategic relationships with established partners, as well as developing new partnerships in the region.

You will be assigned to a variety of partners, where strong coordination skills will be essential. Your responsibilities will include managing daily partner operations such as monitoring sales, tracking shipments, and providing logistical support. You will also play a key role in the after-sales process. Clear communication and effective collaboration with internal teams—such as Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service—will be critical to your success in this role.


Preferred experience

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Good analytical and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Fluent English, conversational French

  • Ideally, but not compulsory, knowledge of the luxury market in EMEA & North America
