Marek had just finished his studies in Bratislava and was offered a full-time job in Prague with a similar description but greater responsibility. Although you might think he has studied IT or economy, that’s not true. He has been fond of sports since childhood so, after a year studying economy, he switched to physical education and sports. He spends most of his free time actively as well. He plays football, runs, goes to the gym and swimming, and recently he started gymnastics, which were compulsory at university.
Marek started at Mondelēz International as a Sales Support when he was participating in the Erasmus program in Prague. After a year, he went back to Slovakia to finish his studies, and he started working part-time in the Bratislava branch. There, he and his colleagues were responsible for the management of the internal mobile application Jáchym. This job includes mainly the regular updates of the list of dealers and sales events, the list of products for the individual stores, and data reporting.
Jáchym is an internal application for sales representatives. It is a great help when working with clients. When they visit a store, they can find the complete range of products in the app. It also guides them through the entire meeting, so they can be sure they didn’t forget anything. Last but not least, it also provides them with the complete list of events for the given store so they can check them as well.
