At moka.care, we believe that mental health is key for sustainable growth, both as individuals and as companies. Through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions, we make it possible for every employee to talk about anything, at the right time and, most importantly, with the right person.

Alongside our psychologists, coaches and therapists, we help companies take action for the well-being of their teams, and achieve healthy and sustainable growth.

Since our creation in January 2020, more than 100 companies (L'Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and we now have over 15,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world !

We have raised 15 million euros to help companies take care of the mental health of their employees and create healthy organizations.

Our investment fund is called Left Lane Capital and comes from the US! They are experts in our field and will bring us a lot of knowledge on scaling great companies.

Antoine Griezmann and Blaise Matuidi's investment fund, VC Origins, are participating in the funding round.

While always keeping a sustainable vision of team growth, our team is growing fast, with already 50 people onboard! We're not stopping there and want our team to keep growing as our product, to help us make mental health accessible to as many people as possible.

Why do we need you?

Help us to strengthen and build the moka team!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have a direct impact in moka growth. You will join the recruitment team at its start, your mission will be to attract talents, manage our hiring process across various functions and help us build the best experience & brand through our actions.

Daily you will:

Handle full-cycle recruitment processes and work on:

- Partnering with Hiring Managers: you advise and support them on their recruitment issues, understand their needs, help them define scorecard and job descriptions

- Sourcing & proactive approaches: Define, structure and implement the best sourcing strategies (inbound and outbound) on the job you are in charge of. Use a multichannel sourcing approach to identify and contact top talents in France and across Europe

- Candidate’s evaluation: assess candidates on their background, motivations as well as culture match to ensure they are ready to help Moka.care

- Candidate’s experience: You guide candidates through the interview process and guarantee them the best experience through regular communication and constant follow-up

- Take part in building new recruitment initiatives (employer brand, candidates experience, referrals programs...)

You're the ideal person if:

  • You have 1+ year of experience as a recruiter and are used to recruiting requested profiles on the market
  • You are able to manage a recruitment process from A to Z
  • You have already built sourcing strategies
  • You are able to create strong relationships with the candidates and Hiring Managers
  • You are a team player
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills, you are fluent in English and French, oral and written
  • You are autonomous, very well organized and proactive
  • You are allowed to work in France - at the moment we do not sponsor visas
