Help us to own our growth! As a Senior Sales Executive, your mission will be to develop our partnership companies portfolio (enterprise).
You will work directly with Pierre-Etienne, CEO and co-founder of moka.care and join a team of 10+ people.
As a member of the Sales Team, you will have a large scope of missions.
Daily you will:
-Be in charge of delivering consistent and predictable revenue growth from new companies in your portfolio (enterprise / key account)
-Be owner of the full sales cycle, and its improvement, from lead to close. You identify your prospects, you reach them (by phone, email...), you qualify them.
-Generate your own pipeline by chasing for leads, working network, sourcing referrals, attending shows, and maintaining relationships with lost opportunities.
-Evangelize moka.care in the community and network, serving as a brand ambassador.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ie, Customer Care, Operations, Marketing, Product …) in order to deliver delightful experience to our customers and users.

-Learning and always improving is part of our DNA so you will have access to a lot of resources to improve as a Sales but also regarding Mental Health

📇 You’re the ideal person if:
-You have a previous experience of 5 years minimum in sales B2B including experience in prospecting cold leads
-You are able to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively within enterprise / Key account segment organizations
-You have an entrepreneurial mindset, agile and proactive
-You have strong organization and process mapping skills
-Your are empathetic, listening, proactive, grit and boldness for going further
-Ideally you have knowledge of the HR persona and international environment
