At moka.care, we’re on a journey to reinvent the way people and organizations think about Mental Health. Our ambition is to make it positive and simple for everyone.
moka.care has been created with 3 strong convictions:

Only one year after our launch, we are already by the side of 20+ companies in France and Europe. We are currently recruiting 15 people to join the adventure and expand our impact in France and Europe!

What we do?

moka.care develops a comprehensive platform for employee mental wellbeing. It’s a comprehensive solution where employees can have access to:

  • Individual coaching and therapy with licensed psychologists and certified coaches
  • Group sessions led by therapists on mental wellbeing topics (like parenting, self-confidence, or work-life balance)
  • Digital content and programs designed to improve mental well-being

Why do we need you?

As a Sales Executive with us, your mission will be to ensure that all companies and employees who want moka.care can have access to our platform, going from account mapping, evangelization to deal closing.

Daily, you will

  • Work directly with the co-founder in charge of sales.
  • Be in charge of delivering consistent and predictable revenue growth from new companies while selling the right thing and never trying to force a deal.
  • Be owner of the full sales cycle, and its improvement, from lead to close.
  • Generate your own pipeline by handling inbound leads, working network, sourcing referrals, attending shows, and maintaining relationships with lost opportunities.
  • Evangelize moka.care in the community and network, serving as a brand ambassador with clear and concise value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ie, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, Product …) in order to deliver delightful experience to our customers and users.

Preferred experience

You’re the ideal person if you have:

  • A previous experience of minimum 4 years in sales B2B
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and agile
  • Excellent relationship skills and Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively within large and mid-market organizations
  • An active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
  • Strong organization / process mapping skills
