Job description

🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?

As an Ops Specialist, you’ll have a key role to play on these 3 aspects on the scopes you’ll be responsible for. Here are a few examples of these scopes:

As of today, your responsibilities will be:

- Crisis organisation delivery: today, 90% of crisis organisation is automated but there is still 10% that will need your attention. You’ll coordinate with our Mental Health Team (plannings, practitioners' availability…) to handle these 10% and your final goal will be to scale these 10%. Play an active role in crisis management to ensure our clients are well assisted. You’ll also contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and help the team to become more efficient.

- Audit RPS delivery: This is a new project that requires us to continue improving processes (dashboards...), benchmark the competition and ensuring good coordination with the other parties involved.

- Communication with stakeholders : You’ll be in contact with numerous teams (Customer Care, Sales..) and will work closely with them both to draw on their experience for continuous improvement and equip them with sales materials.

The experience and involvement of these missions will be used to feed recommendations on the evolution and improvement of theses scopes.

Based on the business needs and the performance, scopes and projects might evolve gradually.

Tools : Hubspot (CRM), Calendly, Pandadoc, Typeform, Mentimeter.
