Who are we?

moka.care is a mental health solution for companies, with one mission in mind: nurturing healthy minds to foster healthy organizations.

We guide employees through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions.

Alongside we help HR teams to take care of their employees’ mental health on a daily basis.

Where we are currently: Since our creation in December 2019, more than 320 companies (L'Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and we now have over 250,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world!

We have raised 17,5 million euros and are 60 to help companies improve their mental well-being.

🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?

We’re operating in a sensitive and regulated environment, where data privacy and security aren’t optional — they’re essential. Our clients (and the industry at large) are holding us to high standards, and we want to go even further. As our first RSSI / Compliance Manager, you’ll help us build a culture of trust, structure, and security from the inside out. Whether it’s answering a client audit, preparing for ISO27001, or challenging how we do things internally, you’ll be key in taking our operations from “good enough” to “top notch.”

Daily you will :

- Audit internal processes across Tech, Product, Ops, and Support teams — and suggest pragmatic improvements

- Work with the engineering team to ensure our product and internal IT meet security best practices

- Be the point of contact for client compliance questions and security reviews

- Build the foundation to help us achieve certifications like ISO27001 or SOC2

- Stay ahead of evolving regulations (e.g., AI, GDPR updates) and anticipate what’s next

- Educate and empower teams to make security-conscious decisions without slowing them down

Internal Tools : Slack (communication), Notion (knowledge base), Google Drive, 1password (secure password tool), mirador.

📇 You’re the ideal person if:

  • You're fluent in French and English
  • You’ve previously led or contributed to compliance projects (GDPR, ISO27001, SOC2… you get it)
  • You’re rigorous, autonomous, and organised — but also pragmatic and business-minded
  • You enjoy going deep into documentation as much as sparring with engineers or answering client questions
  • You’re not afraid to build from scratch — structure excites you more than scares you
  • You know how to balance risk, value, and speed
  • You’re a clear communicator, both internally with teams and externally with clients
  • You’re curious, diplomatic, and love helping others raise the bar
