Job description

Missions 🎯

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Growth Product Manager to join our team.

As part of the growth team, you will be responsible for driving significant business impact through fast-paced experimentation.

To do so, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Design and conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates, monetization, and other top growth priorities.

  • Develop and execute a pricing strategy that maximizes LTV and best reflects the positioning of our offers.

  • Drive long-term planning in growth accounting and forecast.

  • Own all remote configuration experimentation tools like Braze, Superwall, and Firebase.

  • Monitor key metrics and KPIs to track and report on growth progress and identify areas for improvement.

Here are the skills it takes to be a good fit:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting/finance and/or product management, preferably in a tech startup environment.

  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong analytical skills, statistical reasoning, and proficiency in metrics such as ARPU, LTV, CAC, churn, and other key performance indicators.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • BA / BS degree in business, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or any scientific or computational degree. Reforge alumni are preferred.

  • A passion for social media, video editing, and digital marketing.

  • Experience in mobile subscription.

  • Experience in paywall optimization/conversion rates optimization (CRO).

  • Experience with pricing strategy development and execution for a subscription-based model.

  • Expertise with analytics tools, data visualization, SQL, R, Python as applied to data science and analytics.

We are a small team of 25 people. Almost all of us are based in Europe. We have an office in Paris where half of us go weekly. The rest of the team works remotely and usually comes monthly to the office.

We gather every six months for team offsites and regularly host team events in Paris.

We work in English. Our communication is mainly written.

Most of our major initiatives are organized in autonomous squads.

💶 The salary range for this role is 65k€-80k€ depending on the profile, we can go higher for outstanding profiles and adapt if the cost of living is higher than in Paris.
