A great designer who’s in love with social media, layouts, type, composition, and who can do motion design! 🙂

Missions 🗺

Your core missions as Mojo Creative Content Designer will be to:

  • Design amazing creative templates for our app
  • Animate templates and work closely with the creative development team
  • Design and animate visual elements for our users to use
  • Curate fonts, colors, videos, pictures, and music for our app
  • Follow design trends and design up-to-date templates
  • Follow social media trends and use cases

Your secondary missions as Mojo Creative Content Designer will be to:

  • Visual exploration for new app functionality
  • Visual exploration for new formats and use cases
  • Brief and follow shooting materials for our stock videos
  • Design marketing materials
  • Write design documents for the team
  • Enhance the design workflow and processes
  • Collaborate with freelance designers

Outcomes 🎯

  • Deliver high-quality templates and visual elements
  • Help define mojo as the design leader in the creation/animation app field
  • Understand social media usages and trends
  • Contribute building design culture at Mojo

Though we are seeking a permanent and full-time teammate on this position, we are also open to part-time, as long as you are willing to dedicate at least 3 days/week to Mojo.


Preferred experience

Skills ✨

  • 2+ years prior experience in Graphic design, digital design, or motion design
  • Very good design skills
  • Good motion design skills
  • Good understanding of social media
  • Deep understanding of layout, type compositions, and grids
  • Good culture of apps, interactivity, web and tech industry
  • Proficiency with Figma, After effects and the Adobe suite
  • Strong portfolio with graphic, motion design (including layout, print, web, mobile or animation content)
  • Ability to take into account a wide set of visual, editorial, and user experience constraints
  • Ability to work with non-designer teammates: engineers, editorialists, marketing operators
  • Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working for an online content company, a consumer online product, or a scale-up startup is a plus
  • Professional English capabilities
