The position

Job description

Within the operations team you will report directly to Sarah, our Operations & Strategy Manager. Your mission will be to support Modjo's revenue teams on a daily basis to help them boost their performance and achieve their goals!

Day to day roles :

You will work closely with the management and revenue teams, and contribute to the management of all commercial tools, processes, and reporting. You will be at the center of Modjo's activity and revenue!

1/ Project management 🗂 :

  • You will work in collaboration with the management and the revenue teams and you will contribute to managing all commercial tools, processes, and reporting
  • Involvement in strategic projects that will make the salesperson's life easier and increase their performance
  • Contribute to the creation of corporate processes and enable all teams on these processes
  • 2/ Analysis/strategy 📊 :

  • Analysis: Creation of reports and dashboards for the sales teams or Modjo's founding team
  • Monitoring of sales KPIs to drive strategy and decision making

  • Love to be at the heart of the system and if handling some projects to improve the system does not scare you
  • Are comfortable with basic ops tools (excel !) - bonus if you’ve already worked with CRM (Salesforce)
  • You like working in a fast-paced environment and grow with the startup you join.
  • You are fully proficient in english
  • Having a previous internship or experience in startup/scaleup is important for the above skills

    1- First visio interview with our HRBP Tech (30 minutes)

    2- Team interview with Clementine member of the Operations team - (30 minutes)

    3- Business case at home + debrief with Sarah - Business Operations & Strategy Manager (45 minutes)

    4- Founder interview with Côme - COO (30 minutes)
