Job description

Main missions

Market and Competitive Insights
Analyse Market trends & Identify emerging needs
Monitor Competitive environment & technological evolution to support tactical decisions up to strategic developments (in coordination with Marketing team)

Business Management & Commercial Development
Define and execute commercial strategy in his perimeter to drive sustainable growth
Contribute to the commercial offer definition / evolution
Secure targets and budget achievements
Implement Corrective action when needed
Identify strategic business opportunities and prospect to generate volumes (DSO,…)
Participate to trade shows and industry events, act as speaker for the company when needed
Reporting of Activity & Performance to Management

Team Management
Participate in the needs identification of the sales dept
Recruitment and management of the team
Bring support to the Territory managers
Monitor individual performance within the team

Making MODJAW Shine
Build & Fuel Modjaw’s reputation
Grow its virality in the digital space
Develop the KOL Network and oversee relationship with them
Guarantee full client satisfaction

Preferred experience

• Equivalent Bachelor’s Degree +4/5 – Commercial Negotiation, Business, Marketing or related field
• Significant experience (7 years) in sales management functions
• Fluent English
• Eager to promote disruptive technology
• Strong track record in dental industry
• Business acumen and strong results-orientation
• High customer service orientation, strong relationship building & network management proficiencies
• leadership, ability to manage and federate remote teams
