We’re ModaResa, a fashion tech company building the scheduling OS for the $350B+ B2B fashion industry. Our platform powers smarter, saner showroom coordination for brands like Jacquemus, Loewe, Victoria Beckham, and soon: the entire ecosystem — from brands to buyers to suppliers.

And we’re looking for a Tech Lead ready to take the wheel of a high-potential product and steer it into its next evolution.

This isn’t a “nice-to-have” role.
You’ll shape our entire technical direction and lay the foundation of a global platform. You’ll code. You’ll lead. You’ll own. And if we do this right, you’ll be our future CTO.

💬 Talk product, not just tech collaborate with our CEO and sales teams to keep the roadmap laser-focused.
🌐 Interface with investors & partners explain our stack and our vision clearly (no buzzwords needed).

💰 Compensation & Growth

We’ll be honest: 65K€ brut/an isn’t market top for a Tech Lead. But here’s what we offer instead:

Recruitment process

2. Introductory interview (20–30 min)

If we see a strong potential match, we’ll invite you to a relaxed Google Meet to chat about team culture, working style, and what you’re looking for next.


3. Live technical session

You’ll walk through a real-time coding challenge with us focused on logic, structure, and problem-solving. We care more about how you think than trick questions.


4. Deep-dive with a CTO advisor (optional)

You’ll meet one of our senior technical advisors to go deeper into architecture, scalability, and your experience leading tech decisions and/or teams.


5. Final meeting with our founder (in person)

The last step is a conversation with our CEO to ensure strong alignment on vision, values, and your role in ModaResa’s next chapter.
