Are you an organized and resilient person who can contribute to our fast and analytical team? Are you an energetic person with structure?

We are looking for an English-speaking operations assistant at ModaResa. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff on the day-to-day management of ModaResa.

You will be a key player in ensuring processes within the team, office management and customer relations are perfectly managed, and gradually gain responsibilities and experience in a wide range of areas. You will eventually be in charge of monitoring our operations, both the development of our product and the relationship with our customers.

We are looking for an organized person who can be proactive but also work independently without compromising good communication and giving visibility to the full team on status on all project advancement.

Your mission:

  • Support brands from set-up to customer support on ModaResa.

  • Source and coordinate the recruitment of all relevant talents

  • Ensure an impeccable customer experience and constant satisfaction via our chat and customer onboarding.

  • Test new features of our platform and report bugs to the development team.

  • Optimize ModaResa’s processes and information system.

  • Assist the Chief of Staff in financial, accounting and strategic activities.

  • Organization of the office and the life of the team.

Preferred experience

You

  • Have a good ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively, all while giving clear visibility on your progress to the team.

  • You are highly flexible, curious and cherish feedback to constantly improve.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or French. Italian is a bonus.

  • You are a self-starter, entrepreneurial, and have a problem-solving and growth mindset.

  • Doer - you execute greatly.

  • You are rigorous, organized & detail oriented.

  • You are a Master’s Student in Economics, or Business Administration or other relevant studies.

  • You are comfortable with financial and accounting practices.

  • You are predisposed to have a strategic mindset and to seek the bigger picture.

Recruitment process

  1. We first get to know you through your written introduction stating why you believe we could be a good mutual fit!

    In the same go, we asses your video, along with your CV and portfolio if relevant to your role.

  2. If we want to explore further, we send you a fun home personality test and invite your for a first short introductory culture fit call over google meet (30 minutes) with someone from our team.

  3. Home case study.

  4. Reference checks from past professional experiences.

  5. 1 hour in-depth interview on your past professional experience in-person at our office, with our founder Stéphanie (1H).
