THE POSITION
As a Publisher Account Manager, your mission will be to:
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our campaigns according to advertisers’ needs and objectives
Optimize campaigns to maximize performance
Forecast monthly and annual budgets
Encourage, support and develop teams, monitoring their success and conducting regular performance reviews
Encourage and lead collaboration between teams
Develop new business with existing publishers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales goals
Prepare reports on account status and create and improve existing operational processes
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
YOUR PROFILE
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working with mobile apps and the overall mobile advertising ecosystem, as well as with MMPs (such as Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
Exceptional customer focus, interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills
The ability to lead and motivate, develop clear and creative solutions to problems, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Independence, proactivity, and original thinking
Fluency in English, both oral and written (other languages are a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge and understanding of the mobile ecosystem
