Job description

Companies in the US like Change.org, TouchOfModern, Automattic and Wistia already trust Miuros, but the time has come to grow our influence in the region. So, we’re hiring our 1st Account Executive dedicated to the North American market. We’re looking for an experienced sales person to target mid-market accounts from our office in Barcelona. You should have a ‘hunter’ mentality and be able to both execute and challenge our go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Be confident engaging with a range of high level stakeholders (including CXOs)
  • Be as comfortable in technical discussions as in business-level conversations
  • Have an excellent understanding of the buyer’s journey & be able to lead short, single stakeholder deals as well as complex, multi-party sales cycles
  • Be keen to take ownership of the region and become the Miuros ambassador for North America
  • Be both scrappy and strategic; ambitious but humble
  • Be a team player: comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment in which you’ll have to build things
  • Not be afraid to get your hands dirty!

Role

You will:

  • Reach out to a list of targeted companies in your region - partnering with our SDR and Marketing teams
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Contribute to - and lead - team projects to develop and refine our sales process
  • Collaborate across teams to better focus customer-facing efforts
  • Be the face of the company in your country / region
  • Attend networking events

Preferred experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales role focusing on mid-market accounts (tech/SaaS preferably, Customer Service space is a plus)
  • Highly energetic and proactive
  • Very organized with exceptional tracking and follow-up skills (you should love your CRM!)
  • Be a great listener. Have empathy for your customers!
  • Strong sense of team spirit
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident selling a technical solution
  • Over-achiever who will thrive in a demanding work environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English to speak with clients and your colleagues - as an international company, English is Miuros’ 1st language (a 2nd language is a plus)
