The position

Job description

To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator in order to animate our vibrant HQ and to secure the well being of our community.

Requirements

Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, you will be the operational coordinator in charge of Mirakl’s community well-being, with a focus on ensuring the best possible working conditions for all Mirakl collaborators.

In this respect:

- You are the day to day key contact for the service providers : you monitor the building services to guarantee the quality of their execution. You will have the responsibility to secure the well-being of our Workspace and to make sure that our services and infrastructures are of the highest standards.

- Thanks to your creativity and your sense of service, you will support the Workplace Experience Manager in animating the Mirakl community around events and internal communication. You will also act as a support for all internal events organised by our different departments.

- You will guarantee the respect of our travel policy for our workers and candidates: it's not just about which class people should fly, it's about guaranteeing a pain-free travel experience so that Mirakl collaborators can focus on their responsibilities ... and enjoy the city life, while they're at it!

- You will manage stock and supplies rigorously to ensure continuity of service while limiting waste.

- In conjunction with HR, you will support the onboarding and departure of our collaborators.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Master’s degree (Bac +5), with 1+ year of professional experience in office management, or in a service oriented environment (training included), - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French, - Friendly, diplomatic and respectful people-person, - Solution and service-oriented, - Can-do attitude with creative problem solving skills, - Well-organized person with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
