We are looking for a front-end engineer intern to help us grow our product features in line with this mission. You will be joining our product squad in charge of providing the best bot building experience to our customers.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great features that empower our customers, is eager to extend his/her technical expertise, and works well in a small, cross-functional, product-oriented team.

What will you be doing?

As a Front-End engineer intern at Mindsay, you will get the opportunity to:

• Work in a multi-disciplinary Agile team
• Work alongside experienced frontend and backend engineers
• Share your experience with other interns in different disciplines (Design, SRE, Marketing)
• Participate in the team ceremonies and share your experience, thoughts, and ideas
• Be assigned personal tickets to work with and improve your skills in frontend
• Be part of frontend meetings for sharing ideas, cutting edge techniques, refactoring, improvements in the codebase
• Be followed, guided, and helped into your bespoke personal growth as a working professional

Must

• You are looking for a 5th-year internship
• You are a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, resilient, and positive
• You demonstrate a strong interest in Frontend Development and JavaScript in general
• You have knowledge and understanding of the basics of JavaScript development
• You have basic knowledge and understanding of a modern JavaScript framework (VueJS, React or Angular)
• You are autonomous and flexible in your way of working and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills: you are comfortable with surprises, dealing with conflict and blocking situations, seeking out solutions on your own, and knowing when to ask for help
• You are a fast learner: our product might be complicated at the beginning. So we’re looking for someone with the ability and proficiency to tackle this challenge.
• Full professional English proficiency
