The position

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic salesforce Adminastrator who can help us prepare our go-to-market tool stack and processes for scale; a results-oriented team player who will ensure the accuracy and compliance of our data. Our next teammate in the Revenue Operations team will play a key role by managing and optimizing our sales tool stack to support our growth and increase our sales efficiency.

Your main tasks will include

  • Salesforce configuration and management including fields, layouts, flows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, etc.
  • Manage our entire sales tool stack and integrations between systems (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo, Calendly, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Be the go-to contact when an integration, tooling, or data-related issue arises
  • User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions across our sales tool stack
  • Integration management - ensuring that data between systems is up-to-date and accurate
  • Running user training and creating documentation for our sales team
  • Drive automation initiatives to increase our sales team efficiency
  • Contribute to the evolution of our sales and marketing stack as we continue to grow

Preferred experience

About you

  • You’re a certified Salesforce administrator with a strong Salesforce admin background (minimum 2 years)
  • You have a good understanding of the tools that fit into the sales and marketing stack, and experience integrating and managing these tools
  • You have a high level of autonomy and take ownership of our instance
  • You are a problem-solver, able to deep-dive into the issue. You like finding the root cause and, implementing a long-lasting solution
  • You master how to optimize flow design
  • You are a team player who has experience working in a fast-growing environment
  • You are fluent in English

Recruitment process

As our first Salesforce administrator, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations. You will be part of a growing Go-To-Market team of 15.
OUr recruitment process is simple:
1 - First meeting with the Senior Manager of RevOps (30min)
2 - Case study with the RevOps/Sales team (45min)
3 - Meeting with the VP of Sales (~30min)
4 - A coffee chat with a few other team members to discover our culture
