What you’ll be doing at Mention 💪

Create the QA Vision & Process :

• You will be the first QA Engineer in Mention, you will have to choose the tools and create the process to integrate the QA team into the Mention paradigm.
• Alongside the CTO, you will be in charge of developing the QA Vision and the Product Testing Strategy in the Protech team.
• You will be involved in the specification phase with the product team to prevent inconsistencies, detect problematic or unspecified scenarios.

Automate an End-to-End test coverage of Mention platform :

• Create and maintain test scenarios.
• Automate the run of these tests after each product release or on demand.
• You will help the product and the developers to validate their features.

Responsibilities :

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.

What we’re looking for 🔍

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position or previous experience as developer
• Experience working on a SaaS platform or a B2B product
• Knowledge of at least one QA framework
• Proactive and autonomous
• Strong written and verbal French & English communication skills
