As we are rapidly expanding in Europe, North-America, South-America, and rest of the world, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Paris.
Within the Customer Support team and thanks to your knowledge of our solution, you will address our users’ functional, technical needs and concerns, and help improve our global support organization and processes. You will be in direct contact with our customers on a daily basis and work closely with the product & development and global Customer Success teams.
