Job description

Your main missions will be:

Admin & HR management

  • Payroll preparation with Payfit
  • Onboarding and Offboarding admin
  • Internal communication on a new intranet
  • Admin with Health insurance, OPCO and all the HR correspondants
  • CSE follow up
  • HR processes

Office Management

  • Events and animation of the office, bring a team spirit in this particular context
  • Suppliers relationship and orders for the office
  • Take care of our Paris office making sure rules and organization is the best for all of us

You will have the opportunity to be involve in all activities aside the management team.
