The position

Job description

🎯 Your Role & Impact

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, your main responsibility will be to build and improve full-stack features for Mendo’s core web application — a highly embeddable AI-powered tool.

🔹 Tech Stack:

  • Front-end: Typescript & React

  • Back-end: Node.js

  • Infrastructure: Kubernetes

You’ll work closely with a small team of 1-3 developers, ensuring high-quality code while bringing your experience to help us continuously learn, innovate, and strive for technical excellence.

⚡ Your Main Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable full-stack features (React/Node.js)

  • Contribute to reducing technical debt and supporting refactoring efforts

  • Help identify and prioritize technical improvements and testing needs (unit, integration, behavioral tests)

  • Collaborate closely with product and AI teams to build intuitive and performant user experiences

  • Support CI/CD improvements and overall engineering efficiency

  • Contribute to evaluating and integrating AI-powered solutions to improve code quality


Preferred experience

🔥 What We Expect from You

  • 3-5+ years of experience in TypeScript

  • Solid experience in building and maintaining complex web applications

  • A rigorous and diligent coder with a good eye for software quality

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks

  • Curiosity forAI, and desire to learn and explore emerging technologies

  • Enjoys working in small teams and sharing knowledge
