WHAT YOU’LL DO

Project Management :

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of visual and audiovisual projects, from client order to delivery (incl pre-production, production, post-production, corrections and deliveries)

• Constantly work on tools & processes to optimise project KPIs

  • Continuously improve internal & on-set processes, workflows,
    organisations & tools
  • Identify wastes and pain points
  • Build and test solutions that cater to project demands
• Coordinate with talent management, data, & operational teams to get everything you need for delivery
• Plan, review, book and manage workforce (internal & external) and anticipate and manage extra hours
• Product & Image Flow Tool maintenance through familiarity with tool and project workflow
• Gather & share project data and feedback
• Manage reported risks and issues associated with projects
• Liaise with post-production regarding image check and client delivery

KPIs tracking

• Budget tracking
• Delivery SLAs
• Quality SLAs

Client management

• Reporting
• Lead client communication, targeted actions and feedback

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Strong oral and written English, Any other language is a plus.
• Experience in Ecommerce
• 2+ years of experiences
