WHAT YOU’LL DO
Directly reporting to Meero’s CFO, here is what you will be doing :
● Manage the production of Monthly Actuals for our 2 Business Units and our 6 entities (Bangalore, Paris, Graz, Warsaw, Barcelona, Stuttgart)
● Adapt the architecture of such reporting to the business and strategy evolution
● Analyse past results, perform variance analysis & identify trends
● Be the owner of Meero Group’s 6-years Business Plan
● Be the owner of the budgeting process: annual plan and quarterly reforecasts. This includes regularly reforecasting revenue, business volume, expenses, and headcount based on the latest trends and long-term objectives
● Working closely with the operational teams, follow up on operational metrics data to ensure precise and accurate business monitoring and improve business performance
● Prepare and comment financial reporting for internal (Senior Management) and external (Board, Investors) purposes
● Manage two FP&A Analysts
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
● Minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience, in a top tier Financial Advisory firm and/or in FP&A or another corporate finance function, ideally in the technology sector
● Good knowledge of accounting and finance principles
● Proficient at efficiently manipulating large data sets
● Highest standards of accuracy and organization
● Ability to see the big picture, yet detail-oriented
● Straight-to-the-point mindset: able to deliver important messages in a concise manner to any partner
● Ability to multi-task and handle several priorities simultaneously
● Curiosity toward the business and proactivity when it comes to producing new strategic analysis
● Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
