We are looking for a Business Developer to support our growth in the French market. This is a full-cycle sales role with a strong emphasis on prospecting and new business generation, ideally suited for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a solid understanding of the fashion, e-commerce, or photography sectors.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop new business opportunities: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, events, personal network, etc.).
  • Build and manage your own pipeline: Take full ownership of your lead generation. You will be expected to independently develop your sales pipeline and create opportunities through consistent and strategic prospecting efforts.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles: Oversee the entire sales process – from initial contact to deal closure. You will also collaborate closely with our Head of Fashion on high-potential strategic opportunities.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs: Interact with fashion brands, studios, and marketplaces to gain a deep understanding of their visual production workflows, challenges, and business objectives.
    • Contribute cross-functionally: Share market insights and client feedback with Product, Marketing, and Operations to help improve our go-to-market strategy and refine our messaging and offering.


    What we're looking for: 

    • 2–3 years of experience in sales: Ideally acquired in fast-paced environments such as SaaS, creative technology, or the fashion/e-commerce sector. You are confident managing both outbound prospecting and closing responsibilities.
    • Strong prospecting skills: You are comfortable with lead generation and enjoy developing new business through personalized, multi-channel outreach strategies.
    • Closing ability: You are capable of managing the full sales process and bringing deals to completion. You know how to qualify prospects, present solutions, and overcome objections effectively.
    • Autonomous and proactive mindset: You work independently, take initiative, and are able to prioritize and manage your own workload in a fast-moving environment.
    • Creative and resourceful approach: You know how to adapt your strategy to different audiences, use available tools intelligently, and bring a thoughtful approach to prospecting and selling.
    • Collaborative spirit: You value teamwork and enjoy working with colleagues across departments to share insights and improve processes and outcomes.
    • Affinity with the fashion and e-commerce industry: Previous experience with fashion brands, content studios, or photography-related services is a plus, but not required.
    • Energy and motivation: You are enthusiastic about working in a high-impact, fast-growth environment where your contributions can make a tangible difference.
