With 4 hubs in Paris, New York, Shanghai and Singapore, our Tech Accelerator teams blend state-of-the-art technologies with product design to solve complex and strategic problems at scale for L’Oréal Groupe’s long-term business ambition.

Products you will work on

As a Lead Product Designer for Tech Accelerator Solutions team, you will be at the heart of Digital Transformation.

You will lead the end-to-end design process for internal digital solutions aimed at transforming our business teams. The SaaS solutions you design impact a variety of teams along the business value chain: R&D, Finance, Marketing, Commerce…to name a few.

Your key activities may include, but not limited to, User Research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and working with cross-functional product teams to ensure development and delivery success.

Who we are looking for

We’re searching for a curious, collaborative, and entrepreneurial Lead Product Designer.

You must have minimum 5 years direct UX/UI and Product Design.
