    Job description

    As a Workday Functional Consultant and/or HRIS Project Manager, your role will be to support various clients on the implementation, Support of Workday.

    The HRIS Implementation Consultant role includes planning, coordination, communication, and direction of task completion by the project team in order to ensure the success of the project.

    Your mission will be to coordinate and contribute to each phase of the project, namely:

    • Framing the project
      • Participate in the project framework : planning, organisation etc.
      • Identify the main actors involved
      • Establish governance bodies
    • Design & Configuration Phase :
      • Attend identification workshop for need specification
      • Drafting of the general functional specification
      • Configuration of Workday
      • Follow-up of the progress of the configuration / configuration
    • Testing & Validation Phase :
      • Definition of testing scenarios
      • Participate in the test scenario
    • Support and training phase :
      • Deployment support and user assistance
      • Provide trainings to the users
      • Define a change management plan


    Your profil :

    • Bachelor or master’s degree in either Business, Engineering, or Organizational Development/Human Resources
    • You have a first experience on HRIS Projects (support, implement, run, migration) of Workday
    • Experiences in integrations development in Workday HCM is a plus
    • Any certifications provided are considered advantageous.
    • You are a very good communicant, with a good capacity to adapt, and a strong dynamism
    • You are responsive in your communication
    • You are fluent in French & English
