ManoMano is looking for an Account Manager France, responsible for the business development of a portfolio of french sellers. Within the Spart - Seller Partnerships team and reporting to the Lead Account Management France, you will occupy a key role for ManoMano's growth: manage your sellers, to provide the best support increasing their commitment and their sales.
As a Seller Account Manager, you will be responsible for top and bottom line results of your portfolio.
Your missions:
Management of a sellers portfolio identifying sales opportunities to make grow overall businessAdvise and continuously negotiate on selection, pricing competitiveness and stock managementIdentify and provide advice on how to improve any business input that drive growth and improve end customer experienceCreate a dedicated and personalized commercial relationshipFollow closely the performances indicators to optimise the sales growthBuild long term relationships with sellers across your portfolioAct as an advisor to improve your portfolio performanceEngage sellers and frequently share valuable insights to themProactively build joint business plansContinuously negotiate better partnership terms for ManoManoAct as a point of escalation for seller issues, questions, or concernsProfile requirements:
Bac +5 graduated from a Business/Engineering School (or equivalent university education)2+ years of experience working in sales, account management, buying, consulting or marketing/merchandisingStrong understanding of the e-commerce and the retail industryAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with senior business leadersData driven with strong analytical skillsAdvanced knowledge of Excel. SQL is a strong plusAutonomous and adaptable, able to work in a constantly changing environmentNative in french and fluent in English both written and spokenWhat we offer at ManoMano:
