Your Future Team
As a Lead Countries Market, you will oversee a dynamic Business Development and Account Management team. This diverse group is focused on engaging and nurturing our worldwide seller relationships, primarily with key Chinese sellers. Together, you will work in a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation, driving growth for ManoMano across all key strategic markets: France, Italy, Spain, the UK, and Germany. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our seller partnerships and ensuring our team's success.
Your Mission & Impact
Business development Lead
- Lead the business development team
- Define and implement strategies for recruiting and onboarding new key sellers
- Adapt and lead the strategy by countries (FR/IT/ES/UK/DE)
- Streamline the onboarding process for high efficiency.
- Enhance the performance monitoring and support systems for new sellers.
Account Management Lead
- Lead the team of Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing sellers to maximize their business potential.
- Act as the main point of contact for seller queries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Partnership Building
- Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships to enhance ManoMano's brand presence for Chinese sellers
- Organize and manage partnership-related events (fair, communication etc.)
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on growth and collaboration.
- Foster positive dynamics among team members and with other company functions
- Define and track team KPIs to ensure strategic goals are met in alignment with company goals
Expertise We Value
Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken (French is a plus).
Over 8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Proven experience in team leadership and management.
Strong understanding of eCommerce and retail dynamics with Chinese seller in EU
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills.
A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-evolving environment.
