ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of ManoMano’s France Construction, Hardware & Carpentry team, the Seller Account Manager will manage a portfolio of French sellers driving commercial growth .
Key responsibilities include:
Manage a portfolio of 40 sellers to improve their performance on ManoMano
Identify and activate growth levers such as pricing, selection, availability
Drive upsell initiatives for merchants, as Mano Express logistics services,
advertising, retail media, cross-border and B2B
Monitor and steer portfolio performance, prioritize key actions, and support strategic negotiations with sellers
Facilitate the organization and management of promotional campaigns, in close collaboration with the France Account Management team
Handle the first commercial call between ManoMano and sellers who submit inbound commercial requests
PROFILE
Results-driven, with strong analytical skills to track sales performance and develop actionable plans (advanced GSheets, Excel, and Qlik; SQL a plus).
Strong interest and expertise in the DIY sector
Highly organized with proven portfolio management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners at a high level.
Solid understanding of e-commerce challenges, including UX, B2B operations, product selection, delivery experience, and competitive landscape.
Strong business sense and innovation mindset.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Comfortable in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.
Fluent in French and English.
