As a Business Developer at ManoMano, you'll be part of a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to driving our growth in the marketplace. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll engage with internal stakeholders like Sales Operations, Marketing, and Quality teams to implement strategies that elevate seller performance. In your role, you will:

🏆 Lead negotiations with top prospects to secure strategic partnerships, aligning their goals with ManoMano’s vision.
🚀 Manage the onboarding process for new sellers, ensuring a seamless integration and support for their success over the critical first 180 days.
📈 Oversee a portfolio of 25 sellers, implementing targeted strategies to optimize catalog performance and enhance revenue generation.
📊 Utilize leading analytical tools like Qlik and Snowflake to monitor seller performance metrics, proactively making data-driven decisions to hit targets.
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies and amplify the overall seller performance across the platform.
📅 Regularly report on key metrics to internal stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with company profitability goals.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

- Performance-driven mindset: Advanced skills in GSheets, Excel, and Qlik to analyze data and craft actionable plans.
- Exceptional communication skills: Ability to influence key stakeholders with strong written and verbal communication.
- Understanding of e-commerce: Proven interest in the DIY sector and familiarity with e-commerce challenges.
- Strong business acumen: A knack for identifying opportunities and innovating within the marketplace.
- Negotiation prowess: A successful track record in securing deals with strategic sellers.
Adaptability and resilience: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (mandatory).
