MISSIONS

Au sein de l’équipe RH, vous réaliserez votre apprentissage auprès de l’Employee & Labor Relations Manager et vos missions seront les suivantes : 

Relations collectives : 

- Préparation et organisation des réunions ordinaires et extraordinaires du CSE

- Préparation des réunions de négociation avec la section syndicale

- Suivi de la mise à jour des documents obligatoires (DUERP, BDESE, etc.)

- Assistance dans la rédaction d’accords collectifs

- Préparation de formations sur les relations sociales pour les équipes

Relations individuelles : 

- Assistance des HRBP dans la gestion des cas individuels complexes

- Rédaction de modèles de contrats de travail ou avenants

- Suivi des cas individuels en coordination avec les avocats en France et dans les autres pays où ManoMano est implantée (Espagne, Allemagne, Italie, UK)

Autres missions : 

- Recherches juridiques

- Veille juridique et sociale

PROFIL

- Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Master 1 ou Master 2 (Bac +4/5) en droit du travail ou ressources humaines

- Vous vous intéressez aux relations avec le CSE et les syndicats, aux sujets de droit du travail mais également à de sujets RH plus larges

- Vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais (écrit et oral)

- Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale

- Vous avez de solides compétences de rédaction et d'analyse

- Vous êtes capable de travailler en mode projet

- Vous êtes curieux(se) et proactif(ve) et vous avez l’esprit d’équipe : vous aimez collaborer et partager vos idées
