We are now looking for a B2B CRM & Marketing Assistant, within the B2B Marketing team. You will help us accelerate our growth in France, UK and Germany by implementing ManoManoPro’s CRM campaigns (mail, SMS, push notifs, triggers) and animate our Pro user base. You will be reporting to the Senior Activation/Retention Manager B2B and will work cross-functionally with the marketing, studio, Catman and legal teams to meet our ambitious business targets. Your missions:

Your missions will be to reach the B2B target of ManoMano Pro by delivering the right message at the right time to the right person.

Thus, you will have the opportunity to:

- Participate in the development of the B2B marketing strategy throughout the Pro customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation and retention;

- Participation in the construction of the global CRM planning and the countries for which you will be responsible;

- Creation and follow-up of the various projects for the communications of the countries concerned (brief, requests to the transverse teams, follow-up of the work of each, etc.);

- Define and deploy CRM initiatives with a multi-channel approach in order to achieve the objectives of the different teams (sales, promotion, etc.);

- Creation of the different type of communications;

- Analysis and reporting of the different communications results to the B2B stakeholders;

- Benchmark competitors and innovative companies to improve our content and CRM strategy;

- Improved and created processes for the CRM team to increase productivity and performance.

Profile requirement:

- Master/MBA 1 or 2 in marketing from a business school, communication school, digital school or university

- With experience in marketing or a strong interest

- Having a professional or bilingual level of English

- Being autonomous and flexible to a constantly changing environment

Apprenticeship rythme desire:

3 weeks in company and 1 week in school per month
