The position

Job description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming online customer sales inquiries timely and efficiently
  • Analyse inquiries and follow up to identify marketing qualified leads
  • Create and manage leads in the CRM system
  • Maintain regular communication with the marketing, sales and customer service team members worldwide
  • Propose improvements, identify automation opportunities and participate in their implementation


Preferred experience

Profile description:

  • Education: High school/University Degree in (Business Management, Marketing and Communications) is an advantage
  • Experience: + 1 years professional experience in customer service
  • Required Skills: Microsoft 365, experience with CRM (Salesforce, ServiceNow) systems is an advantage
  • Languages: Fluency in English language (B2/C1 level), Good knowledge of German language (B2 level)
  • Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills, reliability, ability to work independently and solve problems, proactive approach
