In this position, you will be reporting to the Web Marketing Manager and actively participate in the development of one of Manawa’s most important acquisition channels: SEA
Implementation, supervision, and optimisation of Manawa’s paid acquisition channels: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads
Creation, execution, and monitoring of paid marketing campaigns
Allocation of budget to relevant channels and campaigns
Optimize ROI following and improving certain KPIs, executing A/B Tests
Identifying new performance channels and growth strategies
Language skills: Fluent in English and French (B2)
You have previous experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, mastering main performance channels and web analytics tools (experience in an advertising agency for example)
You feel at ease with numbers and statistics
You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
You are motivated, organized, proactive, and very autonomous
You love to travel, outdoor sports, and adventure
Bonus Points
You speak another language fluently (Spanish, Dutch, Italian, German, …)
You have previous experience with paid channels other than Google Ads
