As our new Training & Team Development Specialist, you will be a key driver of growth within the Commercial organisation.
Your mission is to elevate the skills and knowledge of our global commercial teams by designing and delivering high-impact learning experiences. You will analyze the specific needs of our Malters to create instructional materials that ensure our commercial organization remains the most skilled in the freelance ecosystem.
Design and develop comprehensive learning experiences tailored to the needs of the commercial team.Analyze learner needs to identify skill gaps and create targeted instructional materials.Facilitate training sessions that enhance the technical and soft skills of our sales and account management segments.Collaborate with the Onboarding PM to ensure a seamless transition from initial hiring to continuous professional development.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and iterate on content to ensure maximum knowledge retention.Build a repository of repeatable training assets and documentation to support scalable team growth.Own the end-to-end Commercial Intake & Triage process, managing the centralized JIRA portal to capture, categorize, and sequence all updates from Product, Marketing, and Operations while safeguarding rep selling time.Orchestrate the end-to-end logistics for the Commercial Training Calendar, managing session scheduling, invite management to ensure a frictionless experience for both SMEs and participants.Own the "Commercial Brief", our bi-weekly newsletter to Commercial and its Slack/Notion counterparts to ensure every rep has a single, reliable source of truth for recent changes and best practices.High-level education, ideally in Education, Human Resources, or Business with a focus on organizational development.Relevant experience (minimum 3+ years) in training facilitation, instructional design, or sales enablement.Fluency in English to deliver training and create content for our diverse European offices.Strong command of training facilitation tools and knowledge management platforms.Business acumen to understand sales roles and translate commercial objectives into actionable learning paths.First call with Agathe, our Talent Acquisition Lead, to better understand your background, aspirations, and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)Interview with your future manager, Matthieu, to delve into your experience and our team development roadmap. (45-60 minutes)Case study in order to assess your technical skillsFinal interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision and how talent development fuels our success
