As a HR Business Partner Working Student, you'll be part of our dynamic team, working directly with our local HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a strong focus on high level HR topics, but you can also get involved in other aspects of HR (e.g. People Operations, Talent Acquisition) and office life whilst contributing to the growth and success of a fast-paced tech company.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • HR Support & Documentation: You support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day operations by helping to document HR processes and keeping local policies up to date to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Culture & Events: You help organize team-building events and local initiatives that bring the team together and foster a great company culture in the Benelux region.
  • HR Projects & Research: You contribute to the improvement of our workflows by researching potential new HR tools and supporting the implementation of local HR projects.
  • Onboarding Assistance: You assist in the coordination of the onboarding process for new "Malters", ensuring they have the necessary information and equipment for a great start.
  • Office Management: You assist in general office management tasks to keep the workplace organized and pleasant.
  • Talent Acquisition: You gain an insight on the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening CVs, building a pipeline of candidates and coordinate interviews.
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Educational Background: You are currently enrolled in a Business School or University program, ideally with a focus on HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Organizational Pro: You are highly structured with excellent attention to detail. You love creating order and ensuring that administrative tasks are handled with precision.
  • People & Culture Enthusiast: You have a vibrant personality and a natural ability to build relationships. You are passionate about fostering a positive, productive, and fun work environment.
  • Proactive Mindset: You are eager to learn and grow within the HR/TA field. You don't just wait for tasks; you look for ways to help and make an impact in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Communication Skills: You are a strong communicator, both in writing and orally, and feel comfortable interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Tech Savviness: You are comfortable working with digital tools. Experience with ATS systems (like Lever) is a plus, but a quick learning curve is just as valuable.
  • Languages: You are fluent in English and French (mandatory). Knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus.
