Mentor, coach, and manage a distributed team of ~10 Talent Acquisition Partners across our countries.Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture (“joy is our secret sauce” ).Develop team members' skills, aligning their growth with Malt's career path mindset.Allocate resources effectively to meet ambitious hiring targets across all divisions.
Audit and re-engineer our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for scalability, efficiency, and a world-class candidate experience, using AI & automation.Design and implement with the team new assessment frameworks, interview training, structured debrief processes to ensure a consistent "raise the bar" standard for all hires.Champion data-driven recruitment; build and manage dashboards to track key metrics (Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, D&I) and guide strategic decisions.Implement a culture of candidates pipeliningLead the evolution of our employer branding strategy in partnership with Marketing to position Malt as a top tech employer in Europe.
Partner directly with CHRO and Malt leadership to understand long-term workforce planning needs and build the talent strategy to match.Act as a "trusted advisor" to hiring managers, advising on market trends and talent mapping.Own and manage the TA budget, including tool selection (ATS, sourcing tools) and vendor relationships.Collaborate with the broader People team (HRDs L&D, Operations, C&B) to ensure the TA function is fully integrated into the employee lifecycle.Address C-Level pipeline during the all year, partnering with CHRO and CeOParticipate in succession planning process
