The Sourcing or Project Partnering team plays a central role at Malt and must beable to perfectly understand the freelancers' jobs, as well as challenge the clients.Your role will be to qualify our clients’ needs and to identify the freelancers profilesthat match best. Our recruitment consultants specialize in job categories (IT, Digital,Consulting...) and work on a portfolio of large account clients with Key AccountManagers in charge of account openings.You will be in daily contact with Sales who will work with you on assignments, andyou will act as the point of contact for assignments, to manage complex requeststhat clients cannot carry out independently.Key responsibilities ✨
Find and contact freelancers thanks to to your expert knowledge ofthe Malt algorithm and the associated Best PracticesProviding large accounts with freelancers as quickly as possible,thanks to our algorithm. A knowledge in Vendor ManagementSystem is a plus.Participate in client meetings in the context of defining the needs(accompanying the client in defining his needs for external support)Prepare responses and creation of commercial proposals: exchangewith the freelancers and experts of the network, composition andformatting of commercial proposals, support for project follow-up,preparation of customer presentationsParticipate in customer meetings with key accounts with the salesteamEngage in cross-functional projects with other departments of thecompany (Product/Tech, Marketing, HR)About you 🧑🚀
