We're looking for a Communications & Employer Branding Intern to join our People team. Working closely with the VP People, you will help shape how Malters connect, engage, and grow within our organization through compelling storytelling and impactful communications. We take a human-first approach to internal communications and employer branding, creating authentic content that brings our culture to life.

Key responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for internal communications channels, including monthly all-hands meetings and employee spotlights
  • Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Help maintain and improve our internal knowledge hub on Notion
  • Assist in creating communication materials for key HR programs and initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of a content calendar aligned with company events and milestones
  • Support the creation of templates and assets for hiring managers and leadership team
  • About you

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field (with legal right to do a 6 month internship in France)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and content creation
  • Experience with digital tools (Notion, Slack, LinkedIn, GenAI) and interest in learning new platforms
  • Natural curiosity about employee experience
