About the role

Integrated into the SMB Sales department of Malt, your role will be a key position as a true "big account hunter". You will support the Business Development team, whose role is to reactivate inactive high-potential accounts thanks to sales cadences and calling.

You will help identify companies with the potential to become at least “Bronze” accounts then schedule meetings between key decision makers (C-Level) and our Account Executives. 

If you're looking for a highly formative sales experience, this internship is a great opportunity to learn. If everything goes well, you will be able to continue the Malt adventure with a permanent contract directly after your internship!

Your main tasks will be to :

  • Contact leads added to your portfolio through a mix of channels, e.g., email cadences, LinkedIn cadences, and cold calls
  • Complete the first calls to qualify leads to estimate the account potential 
  • Identify key decision makers and add them into Salesforce
  • Align with Account Executives to prepare and schedule demo meetings between leads and our Account Executives
  • Provide feedback to the Growth team on lead quality and automation scripts
  • Your profile :

  • You are currently enrolled in business school or similar and are looking for an internship for January 2023
  • You ideally have previous experience in a sales department You are very proactive, organized, responsible, and autonomous You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish quality relationships with your contacts: clients 
  • You are a native French speaker with a fluent level of English, essential to be able to communicate with an international team
  • Our Recruitment process :

  • First call with Nicolas (our Talent Acquisition Specialist), to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (20 minutes)
  • Interview with members of the SMB Sales team to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
  • Then, you will meet Hugo Laloux or Pauline Ravel, our SMB Directors
  • Your profile is validated, and will welcome you in our Parisian office in January 2023 !
