In full expansion, Malt is looking for a person with the ambition to contribute to the creation of a new Malt branch in Nantes. Working in tandem with the two regional managers, your objective will be to develop Malt in the West region, prospect new clients, open new accounts, promote the advantages of Malt and develop the freelance community in the basin.

This is a unique opportunity to open a region! Choosing this work-study program means accompanying the regional managers in the opening of the region, in their day-to-day actions thanks to real teamwork, while becoming autonomous by developing your own customer portfolio. At the same time, you will be able to invest yourself in internal projects thanks to your strength of proposal.

If you're looking for a highly formative sales experience, this internship is a great opportunity to learn. If everything goes well, you will be able to continue the Malt adventure with a permanent contract directly after your internship!

Key responsibilities ✨:

  • You will prospect for new clients using our different tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft and our CRM...) to get physical and phone appointments
  • You will build sales action plans for major accounts (map the challenges and current events of an account, define the key decision-makers and the associated conquest actions)
  • You will assist in the preparation of client meetings, identify key information about the potential client. You will define the objectives and key messages to be transmitted
  • You will participate in sales meetings and identify the needs of the customers, in order to bring them solutions.
  • You will then do everything possible to win business (exchanges with our sourcing department to identify the best freelancers for a given need, be able to manage some sourcing with call of freelances to present and promote mission, freelance coaching for interviews, client exchanges, closing of opportunities etc)
  • Freelancers are also our clients! You will have to make sure that their missions go well, you will be able to visit them physically to create a link and to better understand the organization and the functioning of the client for whom they are on mission
  • To federate and increase the freelancer’s community of the region, you’ll have the opportunity to set up an acquisition strategy: through events organization, partnerships and marketing campaigns (with the help of the Regional Managers).
  • Our product and our processes evolve very quickly in co-construction with our customers: you will be able to propose product improvements thanks to the customer feedback you will have obtained
  • About you 🧑‍🚀:

  • You are in business school or similar and are looking for an internship starting in January 2024 for a period of 6 months
  • You are very proactive, organized and responsible, you know how to work in total autonomy
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish quality relationships with your contacts: clients and freelancers
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone to get in touch with clients & freelancers!
  • You have a good level of English to communicate with an international team and you are fluent in French
  • A native level of French is essential for this role
  • How to join the mission? 🚀

  • First call with Lucie (our Talent Acquisition Specialist), to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (20 minutes)
  • Interview with Ludivine Tabart-Combrisson (our Regional Manager) to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
  • Meeting with Vincent Teillet, our BU Régions Director
  • Your profile is validated, and will welcome you in our Nantes office in January 2024 !
  • Malt is the perfect space to thrive personally and professionally 💫

    - Onboarding: Before easing into your new role, you’ll spend your first week learning about our culture, products, and services with other onboardees at our office in Paris

    - Paid vacation - 1 paid day/month worked for interns, 5 weeks/year for apprenticeships

    - Lunch vouchers: €9/day on your Swile card

    - Transportation: 50% reimbursement (any type of transport)

    - Free books: If you’re interested in learning more about any topic relevant to Malt’s business, just tell us the books you’d like to read, and we’ll order them for you—without any questions asked or approval processes to follow.

    - Remote work: Hybrid remote policy

    - Annual team building events
