As part of the website performance team in marketing, the SEO/GEO Manager is responsible for leading advanced, data-driven SEO strategies to maximize brand visibility and user acquisition across traditional search engines and emerging AI/LLM ecosystems.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Lead and execute advanced SEO strategies, including GEO/AEO, to maximize brand visibility and user acquisition across both traditional search engines and LLMs (Google’s AI Overview, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Mistral, etc).
  • Design structured, intent-driven content experiences that surface across featured snippets, AI-generated summaries, and conversational search results, and strengthen our programmatic SEO approach leveraging automation & AI toolsCollaborate across teams (Content, Demand Generation, Product, and Engineering) to ensure all digital experiences are optimized for both traditional and AI search ecosystems.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure best-in-class web performances, relying on GSC and audit tools, and build scalable site architectures, metadata systems, and interlinking frameworks that enhance discoverability and ranking
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to discover emerging trends (including AI models and entity-based discovery mechanics), analyze competitor strategies, and current SEO performances, translating insights into actionable recommendations for content and engineering teams
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • 4+ years in SEO, content strategy, search marketing, or growth roles (AEO/GEO experience a major plus), ideally in a B2B environment (bonus points if experience with marketplaces)
  • Ability to consider and handle both the technical aspects (Core Web Vitals, structured data, AI crawlers, etc) and the business impact (positioning, topical authority, user acquisition)
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog) and deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the evolving role of AI and LLMs in search ecosystems
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills, with a capacity to simplify technical concepts into clear priorities and initiatives for non-experts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from various data sources, report them effectively and adjust plans and priorities accordingly
  • Bonus point if you know your way around a headless CMS (Prismic, Storyblok, Strapi, Contentful, etc)
