Are you a data-driven HR professional with a passion for optimizing people systems and processes? We're seeking someone to play a critical role in shaping our company's human capital strategy. This position will combine three areas of expertise with the common factor being data-driven: people data analytics, HRIS management, and compensation & benefits.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • People Data Analytics:
  • Design and implement strategies for collecting, analysing, and interpreting people data from various sources (HRIS, surveys, performance systems, etc.)
  • Translate data into actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making across various HR functions (talent acquisition, engagement, retention, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key workforce metrics and trends
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in people analytics and recommend innovative solutions
  • HRIS Management:
  • Manage and maintain the company's HRIS system (BambooHR), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
  • Configure and customize the system to meet evolving needs and business requirements
  • Implement system upgrades and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Train and support People Ops team on system usage and best practices
  • Support automation & follow-up key automation projects with our teams, between BambooHR x their tools (Lever, Okta, Travelperk, Pigment, Netsuite, Figures, Jira etc.) 
  • Partner with IT to ensure system optimization and integration
  • Compensation & Benefits Management:
  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Handle compensation review cycle
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits
  • Support the stock options administrative process
  • Administrate & update our C&B tool (Figures)
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Data analytics/Compensation & Benefits, or a combination of both
  • Experience in a fast-growing and in an international environment 
  • Strong data analysis skills. Excel/GSheet is your best friend 
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
