The Sales Operations Manager serves as the engine of sales efficiency and a key advisor to the UK, Spain, and Global Sales Leadership. This role directly influences top-line growth by streamlining core business processes, ensuring best-in-class tool adoption, and translating complex sales data into clear, performance-enhancing strategies. Success depends on providing strong, continuous support and targeted training to the Sales Organization.
