As Malt is scaling up fast, we are looking for new talents to join the Freelance Performance Department. In short, the responsibility of the department is that we attract, activate and engage a performant supply of top talents to match the demand of our clients. 

As the Global Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in shaping up the department at a global level and become a central point for the ~60 people composing the department. You will report to the Global Director Project Partnering, across a variety of responsibilities and projects. It will include the onboarding of new Project Partners as well as setting up new trainings & other learning & development solutions for the team.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Bring the Project Partnering team to the next level by setting up a best-in-class onboarding (online and in-person trainings, roleplays, buddy management, etc.), accompanying & supporting our Project Partners over time and by ensuring they master their core skills
  • Help the teams to achieve their OKRs by continuous trainings
  • Build trusted relationships with Project Partners; assist to their client meetings on a monthly basis, and consult them on methods and techniques
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously improve the enablement strategy
  • Enhance best practices sharing accross the international teams, create content using tools such as Notion and 360 Learning
  • Build and achieve KPIs on training completion, training efficiency and Project Partnering performance
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • 3+ years of work experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Highly-developed training, presentation and communication skills
  • Highly organized, and skilled at project management
  • Ability to collaborate with many different teams and personalities
  • Curious, creative and proactive, always eager to improve the onboarding and training, and proposing new ideas
  • Full English proficiency
  • The role can be based in Paris or Berlin

  • First call with Hamza (Senior Talent Acquisition) to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30 minutes)
  • Interview with your future manager, Perrine, Chief Freelance Community Officer to dive into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)
  • Role Play with Marc (Director of Supply Operations) in order to assess your technical skills. (45-60 minutes)
  • Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision. (45-60 minutes)
