Joining the dynamic Content Team and reporting to the Head of Content, you will drive the central editorial vision, paired with another Global Content Partner. This is a global role based in Paris, responsible for unifying the narrative at a European level to establish Malt as the trusted authority on Future of Work and Tech topics through high-impact strategies.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Shape the editorial voice of Malt by crafting compelling narratives and "big rock" reports that establish our authority on the Future of Work, Tech & AI, and workforce transformation.
  • Innovate beyond traditional formats by producing a rich, multimedia portfolio—from podcasts and mini-sites to hybrid articles—that showcases our best-in-class approach.
  • Orchestrate a cohesive, pan-European strategy that resonates across borders, ensuring our insights are valued by executive audiences from London to Berlin.
  • Maximize campaign relevance by expertly managing the global production, rollout, and activation of content to ensure it lands with high impact.
  • Amplify Malt’s market authority by partnering with the Communications team to position our leaders at the forefront of industry conversations and client engagements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by rigorously tracking KPIs, managing project budgets, and analyzing data to demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Harness the power of Generative AI tools to automate workflows, enhance writing efficiency, and keep our content strategy at the cutting edge.
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Ideally high-level education in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Content Strategy and Writing, preferably within the Tech or HR sectors (Agency, Media, or In-house).
  • Proven expertise in defining bold editorial visions and executing large-scale strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical mindset with mastery of SEO tools, content performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • English on a native level; proficiency in another major European language (French, German, Spanish) is a significant asset

  • First call with Claudia Ferrand, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations, and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)
  • Interview with your future manager, Raphaëlle Béguinel, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)
  • Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by Raphaëlle, Lauréline Tansini, and Ernesto (TBC) in order to assess your technical skills.
  • Final interview with Carla Lopez, Malt’s CMO, to discuss Malt’s long-term vision
