As part of Malt’s website team, and in close collaboration with the Content team, you will be key to boosting our organic presence and optimizing content by making resources accessible, driving organic traffic, and empowering content managers. 

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Resources Center Growth & Optimization: Take ownership of optimizing and scaling the Resources Center (e.g., blog, guides, case studies). This includes conducting content audits, improving internal linking, and implementing on-page SEO fixes to maximize its organic performance.
  • CMS and Content Empowerment: Become the go-to expert for the Content Team on how to best leverage our CMS (Content Management System). Provide hands-on support, documentation, and training sessions to ensure all newly published content rigorously applies current SEO best practices (keyword mapping, title tags, meta descriptions, content structure, etc.).
  • SEO/GEO Strategy Execution: Actively support the SEO/GEO Manager in executing the overarching SEO strategy. Your main objective will be to implement on-page and technical optimizations that directly contribute to growing organic traffic (non-branded and branded).
  • Performance Measurement & Insights: Help measure organic performance (traffic, keyword rankings, visibility) and provide actionable insights for content gaps, optimization opportunities, and experimentation priorities.
  • Website Support (CMS Focus): Assist with support tickets specifically related to CMS training, content publishing workflows, and technical content display/SEO issues across Malt's websites.
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Previous experience in content marketing and/or website management
  • Good understanding of web technologies: you need to have used at least one of the main CMS (Wordpress, Hubspot, Drupal, Prismic, etc).
  • First experience with no-code tool (eg. Webflow) or page builders is a plus.
  • Bonus points if you have knowledge and/or are interested in search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Fully fluent English (French is a plus) is necessary to collaborate with colleagues across Europe.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
  • Rigourous, proactive, autonomous.

  • First call with Jeanne, our Talent Acquisition Specialist, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have (30 minutes).
  • Interview with your future managers, Laurine and Axel, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role (45-60 minutes).
  • Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by Raphaëlle, Laurine and/or Axel in order to assess your technical skills (1 hour).
