The position

Job description

Your day-to-day role as SDR (Sales Development Representative)will be to contribute to Malou’s hyper-growth.

As a SDR, your role will be to generate as many sales opportunities as possible (70% Outbound & 30% inbound)

Identifying, qualifying (30% email & 70% telephone) and convincing prospects are the watchwords of your day

- Within Malou, you will be responsible for :

- Prospecting and building a sales pipeline with a view to generating qualified leads for our Business Developers.

- Understanding the needs of your prospects to offer them a suitable solution,

- identifying key decision-makers (restaurant owner, manager, marketing manager, community manager, etc.)

- Working hand in hand with your manager to develop your pipeline and achieve your monthly targets

- Ensuring that you enter clear and relevant data on potential customers into Hubspot, our CRM system

- Proactively share your ideas, best practices, etc. with your team to improve Malou’s processes.


Preferred experience

  • A taste for challenge is an integral part of your motivation: objectives are a driver for you and you always want to go further.

  • You will benefit from at least 12 months’ training on a Sales Development Representative assignment

  • You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, as it will be your best ally, for you and your teams

  • You have good interpersonal skills: to enable you to forge strong links both externally with customers and internally with your teams

  • You’re KPI driven! Actions are great, but you need to be able to quantify them in order to analyse them.
