Your day-to-day role as SDR (Sales Development Representative)will be to contribute to Malou’s hyper-growth.
As a SDR, your role will be to generate as many sales opportunities as possible (70% Outbound & 30% inbound)
Identifying, qualifying (30% email & 70% telephone) and convincing prospects are the watchwords of your day
- Within Malou, you will be responsible for :
- Prospecting and building a sales pipeline with a view to generating qualified leads for our Business Developers.
- Understanding the needs of your prospects to offer them a suitable solution,
- identifying key decision-makers (restaurant owner, manager, marketing manager, community manager, etc.)
- Working hand in hand with your manager to develop your pipeline and achieve your monthly targets
- Ensuring that you enter clear and relevant data on potential customers into Hubspot, our CRM system
- Proactively share your ideas, best practices, etc. with your team to improve Malou’s processes.

You will benefit from at least 12 months’ training on a Sales Development Representative assignment
You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, as it will be your best ally, for you and your teams
You have good interpersonal skills: to enable you to forge strong links both externally with customers and internally with your teams
You’re KPI driven! Actions are great, but you need to be able to quantify them in order to analyse them.
