Hello, we’re Maki 👋
Makipeople is solving one of the biggest problems in HR: recruitment.
Our mission is to empower every company to hire bespoke talents and grow them continuously. The first step towards this vision is to offer standardised pre-hire assessment tests to identify the best candidates and accelerate hiring decisions, bias-free.
We raised a €12M pre-seed round with leading European VCs (e.g. Frst, GFC) and 50+ Business Angels (CEOs of Front, WTTJ, PeopleDoc, etc.), we have very ambitious goals and are constantly looking to bring amazing people onboard.
We are building our Onboarding & Success team and you’ll be the 4th person in the team. 👪 About the Onboarding & Success team
Most of their efforts are currently aiming at onboarding our (many) new clients and making sure that they know how to use Maki to its fullest potential. As Maki is gearing up for ever more exciting times, the Onboarding & Success team will also focus on setting up our Customer and Candidate department, designing, improving and implementing our onboarding and care processes and tools, and monitoring impact metrics.
💪 About your mission
Onboard and train new customers to ensure they are setup for maximum success
Work with our Account Executives to manage customer expectations and ensure that the Onboarding Team has all information necessary for a smooth transition
Support our customers to make the best choices with regards to test selection and assessment creation
Support our customers to design the most efficient candidate journeys
Set up the tracking of impact on our core Value KPIs (time savings, faster time-to-hire, improved candidate experience, etc…)
Lead working sessions with our customers throughout their onboarding period
Product and process improvement
Analyse, organise, and communicate customer feedback to the Product, Engineering, and Sales Teams
Design, codify and implement the onboarding and care processes
Set up required tools (InterCom and NPS / CSAT monitoring)
Watch out for external best practices to be integrated within Maki
Maintain and track all projects and documentation

💫 Our process together
We want to offer the best candidate experience possible by letting everyone apply, ensuring that the process lasts ~3 weeks from the moment you get invited to the first step.
We provide feedback at each round to every candidate, either through our product or with a call from the hiring manager.
Step 1: A short assessment on Maki (~20mins) 📂
This is the occasion for you to discover our product more in-depth and to demonstrate your fit, skills & motivation (~25mins)
Step 2: A deeper exploration of who you are (2x 30mins) 👀
If we believe you may be a good match, we’ll arrange two 30mins structured conversations with 2 members of the team to cover your experience, other important skills we would have not covered in the assessment & to answer your questions!
Step 3: Meetings with founders
We will also make sure that you get a chance to meet with our 3 co-founders to ask them all your questions, including the tough ones.
Whenever: 2-3 informal meetups ☕
Through the whole process, we will additionally let you to schedule a couple 30-minute informal meetings with a few employees. These meetings (online or IRL) will be a chance for you to familiarise yourself with our team, our motivations, and ask questions!
Step 4: Your offer 💌
If we have a match, our founders will send an offer asap.
